Today I had Total Greek yogurt Banana Cinnamon mixed ground seed (I used pre-ground seeds by Linwoods - milled 5 seed mix from Sainsburys a combo of all Organic Flaxseed, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Sesame seeds and Goji Berries) 1 -2 shots of cold black coffee
Yesterday I had 1 cup frozen berries (I froze a cup of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries) 1 frozen banana. 1 orange - peeled plus 4 – 6oz Total Greek yogurt
tomorrow i'll try skimmed milk 1 scoop sugar free soya vanilla flavoured protein powder 1-2 tbsp dark cocoa powder ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional) 1 ½ Manuka 15+ honey (add last) (Must remember to heat milk before adding to blender)
