Whilst I am aware, these videos are the pinnacle of cringe to some people but the majority seem to find them useful. I'm in the useful crowd on this one.

The good old people at youtube have been creating some great motivational videos and also some awesome independent videos I've personally only seen on Facebook etc.

If you come across any bad boys you think the forum would benefit from. Pass it along... Post them here.
