Hi everyone
Just wanted to share a post workout smoothy i tried last night
2 handfuls of baby spinach leaves 1 banana Pint of skimmed milk ¼ cup of strawberries Soya protein powder
You can however use the protein of your choice soya, whey, hemp, greek yoghurt or cottage cheese
It was earthy sweet and extremely satisfying
This morning I opted for blending together
1 grapefruit 1 banana greek yoghurt (or cottage cheeses, the choice is yours) ½ cup of frozen berries Manuka honey (I find it cuts through acidity of the grapefruit also heightens the taste of the chilli) Cayenne chilli powder to taste - (i like mine hot) Skimmed milk - (to adjust the consistency of the 'suckability' - wouldn't wanna suck my eyes into the back of my head) oats (or seeds)
Filling and refreshing, the Cayenne chilli added just the right kick at the end of every sip...enjoy!

Nice post Indie. Time to crack out the juicer i think. Talking about juicing/smoothies, I need to record a new hulk juice video actually. Maybe we can do together when Krystian gets back from holiday with his bad boy camera skills. Should be a laugh
