You've completed your bulk, all the blood, sweat, and tears you have welded into your frame have transformed into solid, lean gains...but there is just one problem...you're carrying a little too much fat around some areas where you have respectable mass and density. What is the easiest way to get rid of these trouble areas without completely wrecking your hard earned gains?!?! Intermittent fasting is a staple in my cutting routine which has helped me shed away fat from my trouble areas so I am able to show off the archetypal areas such as the V-Taper, and the famed "Christmas Tree" on my back in only a 2-4 week period. What are some ways that you chisel out your muscle frame to display the hard work that you've worked for?
