It's been little over a month since the 2014 Mr. Olympia and it is a repeat from last years Olympia with "The Gift" Phil Heath taking home another Sandow. Who do you guys think should have won? Kai looked like he was in spectacular shape, although he retained a slight film of water in the beginning, overall he was sporting an Olympia physique.

Just watched the video on Youtube of their little stage tussle and conference. In my eyes, I think muscle wise Kai was looking great, the striations on him quads were crazy. Phil was impressive as always but I truly think Kai took it man. All this rubbish, trash talking about his past has nothing to do with the comp. Kai butting in Phil whilst he was talking about his father to say "I never had one" was a unnecessary.
Drama Bulls**t aside, I would say Kai took it but I'm no judge man.
